Zentra reads your numbers. It can’t touch them.
Every connection is read-only, every connection starts with you, and you can shut any of them off whenever you want. Here’s what that means in practice.
You stay in control
Nothing connects to Zentra unless you connect it. Each integration — Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Wise, PayPal, bank feeds — is authorized by you, with read-only scopes. Zentra cannot move money, issue refunds, edit ledger entries, or push changes back into your source systems. If a feature would require write access, we don’t ship it that way.
Disconnect a source and its access stops there — the connection token is revoked, not parked.
Encryption
Every connection to Zentra runs over TLS. Your account and financial data are encrypted at rest, and integration tokens are held in a managed key store, separate from the application database.
Built on infrastructure you already trust
We don’t run our own datacenter or invent our own crypto. Zentra is built on the same providers the rest of fintech runs on:

- OpenAI & AnthropicAI processing
- PostmarkTransactional email
- TwilioSMS & voice alerts
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data.
- We do not use your ledger data to train third-party models.
- We do not hold, move, or invest your money.
Your data stays yours
You can export everything from your account settings at any time, and when you ask us to delete your data, we delete it.
